PRIVACY POLICY — FROSTCASE™
Last updated: 10 August 2026

1. WHO WE ARE
This site is operated by Visionary Innovate LLC. We are the data controller of the personal information collected through this site. Contact: support@frostcase.co.uk.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT
- Order information: name, delivery address, email address, phone number and payment details (processed securely by our payment providers — we never see or store your full card number).
- Device information: browser type, IP address, pages viewed and interactions, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications: any messages you send to our support team.

3. HOW WE USE IT
- To fulfil your order (processing payment, arranging shipping, sending confirmations and tracking).
- To provide customer support and process refunds or guarantees.
- To improve our site and, where permitted, to show you relevant advertising (see Cookies below).
- To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, fraud prevention).

4. COOKIES AND ADVERTISING
We use cookies to run the store (essential cookies) and, with your consent where required, analytics and advertising cookies — including the Meta (Facebook) pixel — to measure campaigns and show relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. SHARING
We share personal information with service providers who help us operate: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors, shipping and fulfilment partners, and analytics/advertising providers. Some providers are located outside the UK; where that is the case, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your personal information.

6. RETENTION
We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and support communications for as long as needed to resolve your query.

7. YOUR RIGHTS
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email support@frostcase.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

8. CHANGES
We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always be posted on this page.
