1. ABOUT US
This website is operated by Visionary Innovate LLC ("Frostcase", "we", "us"). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Visionary Innovate LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. PRODUCTS
Frostcase™ products are insulated carrying cases for temperature-sensitive medication, with an integrated temperature display. They are travel and storage accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Always follow the storage instructions provided by your medication's manufacturer and the advice of your healthcare professional. Product images are for illustration; minor variations may occur.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, processed securely by our payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.

4. DELIVERY
Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

5. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your cancellation and refund rights are described in our Refund Policy, which includes our 30-day money-back guarantee and your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — text, images, graphics, logos and product names — is the property of Visionary Innovate LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party trademarks mentioned on this site (including Mounjaro®, Wegovy® and Ozempic®) are the property of their respective owners; Frostcase is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those owners.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Frostcase products reduce the exposure of medication to heat but no passive cooling product can guarantee a specific temperature in all conditions; you remain responsible for checking the display and following your medication's storage guidance.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your part of the UK.
