Free UK Delivery on Every Order

Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery to UK addresses typically takes 6–10 business days from dispatch.

Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Order changes
Need to change your delivery address or cancel your order? Contact us at support@frostcase.co.uk as soon as possible. We can amend orders any time before dispatch.

Delays
While the vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated window, occasional carrier delays can occur during busy periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate immediately — and make it right, whether that means a replacement or a refund.
